Frequently Asked Questions

Why Work With Us

Why choose The Brain Computer Corporation over other LED poster suppliers?
The Brain Computer Corporation has been delivering AV solutions in the Philippines for over 38 years — making us one of the longest-established audio-visual integration companies in the country. This longevity is not incidental. It reflects a track record of completed projects across retail, corporate, hospitality, education, healthcare, and government sectors; deep relationships with leading hardware manufacturers and technology partners; and a technical team with expertise that takes years of real-world installation experience to develop.

When you work with The Brain Computer Corporation, you are not buying a screen from a supplier. You are engaging a technical partner who will assess your space, specify the right solution for your context, install it to a professional standard, and support it for the life of the asset.
Who are some of The Brain Computer Corporation’s trusted clients?
The Brain Computer Corporation has worked with a wide range of clients, including Gateway Mall, Ayala Malls Circuit, Smart Araneta Coliseum, Novotel, ABS-CBN, Giordano, PAGCOR, and the Cultural Center of the Philippines, among many others.
Do you serve clients outside of Metro Manila?
Yes. The Brain Computer Corporation serves clients across the Philippines, including key commercial centres in Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Bacolod, Cavite, La Union, Bataan and other provincial and regional locations.

For projects outside Metro Manila, our team coordinates site visits, installation schedules, and after-sales support based on each project's specific location and requirements. Contact us to discuss your project location and we will advise on timelines and logistics.

All About LED Posters

What is an LED poster?
An LED poster is a slim, freestanding digital display that uses LED (Light-Emitting Diode) technology to show dynamic content — videos, images, animations, and rotating promotions — in place of a traditional printed poster. Unlike a static print poster mounted in a frame, an LED poster is an active screen: content can be updated instantly and remotely, scheduled to change throughout the day, and managed from a phone, tablet, or computer.

LED posters are typically built in a tall, vertical format designed to mirror the proportions of a traditional advertising poster while delivering significantly higher brightness, sharper detail, and far greater visual impact. They are lightweight, portable, and designed to be moved and repositioned without tools, making them a popular choice for retail stores, malls, hotel lobbies, restaurants, exhibitions, and events across the Philippines.
What an LED poster used for?
LED posters are used across a wide range of commercial and event applications in the Philippines, including:
  • Retail entrance and aisle displays: Promoting sales, new arrivals, and seasonal campaigns at store entrances and high-traffic aisles
  • Mall common areas: Brand activations, tenant promotions, and directory information in shopping mall corridors
  • Restaurant and café displays: Promotional menus, limited-time offers, and brand storytelling near entrances or queue areas
  • Hotel lobbies: Event announcements, welcome messaging, and promotional content in reception and lobby areas
  • Corporate lobbies and reception areas: Visitor welcome messaging, company announcements, and brand content
  • Trade shows and exhibitions: Eye-catching booth displays that can be transported, set up, and broken down quickly
  • Product launches and brand activations: High-impact visual centrepieces for pop-up events and promotional activities
  • Real estate showrooms: Property promotions and project information in sales offices and show units
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor LED posters?
Indoor and outdoor LED posters differ in brightness, weatherproofing, and build materials — similar to the distinction that applies to LED walls.

‍Indoor LED posters are designed for climate-controlled environments and prioritise colour accuracy and fine pixel pitch over weather resistance. They are not designed for exposure to rain, direct sun, or high humidity.

Outdoor LED posters are built with IP65 or higher weatherproofing, sustained brightness of 3,000–5,000+ nits to remain visible in direct sunlight, and UV-resistant, corrosion-resistant materials suited to prolonged outdoor exposure. For Philippine outdoor deployments — particularly in coastal cities or high-humidity provinces — outdoor-rated units are essential for reliable long-term performance.‍
